Parking

Paring will be free in Lot 1 (see map below) for geekOUTucr guests, and those wishing to use parking spots reserved for vehicles with DMV-issued disabled parking placards should display both the free parking permit from the Lot 1 attendance AND a DMV-issued disabled parking placard.

ASL Interpretation

Certified ASL interpreters will be interpreting at the following speaking events at geekOUTucr:

noon - Rae D. Magdon & Brianna Dym on "Enterprising Fans:
           How Femslash fans fill in the gaps mainstream media leaves behind"
           @ HUB 355

1pm - Gabby Rivera on America Chavez @ HUB 355

2pm - Tee Franklin on Bingo Love @ HUB 355

3pm - Josh Trujillo & Mister Loki on "The History of Queer Comics" @ HUB 355

4pm - Roxane Gay on Black Panther: World of Wakanda @ HUB 355


Student interpreters will be interpreting in the Exhibit Hall:
The Student Association for Interpreter Development (SAID), an educational student organization at Riverside City College (RCC), will be interpreting for people interacting with vendors and exhibitors in the Exhibit Hall from 11am to 6pm. To request a student interpreter, stop by the Check-In Table in the Lobby outside HUB 302.


Wheelchair Accessibility

The Highlander Union Building is wheelchair accessible. Please see locations of elevators below. All restrooms in the HUB are ADA-compliant.
