UC Riverside will host GEEK OUT UCR on Saturday, February 17, 2018. Casual exhibitors and business vendors are invited to table at the comic-con from 11am to 6pm.
Casual exhibitors are creators who do not hold a Vendor's License but who sell original items on a casual basis or share information or resources for free. geek OUT ucr does not charge casual exhibitors to sell or share items at the comic con. However, accepted casual exhibitor applicants must complete a required agreement that includes a waiver of liability. The signed agreement must be provided at check-in at the comic-con.

If accepted as a casual exhibitor, you will be provided a 8 x 8 exhibit area, 2 chairs + table, and a free wi-fi connection in HUB 302. Electricity access is available by request.
Business vendors interested in selling items at geek OUT ucr should contact nancy.tubbs@ucr.edu for more information and required UCR paperwork. Larger exhibit space will be available for business vendors, who pay a fee to participate in the comic-con.
Exhibitors may begin parking in Lot 1 (ask attendant for a free permit) and checking into HUB 302 beginning at 8am.
