Writer Josh Trujillo and artist Mister Loki, two Southern California creators making their mark in the comics community, will present on the History of Queer Comics at geekOUTucr on Saturday, February 17, 2018. ASL interpretation is provided. They will also be exhibiting at this free queer comic-con.
Mister Loki is an API queer comics artist who works part time as a pediatric bone marrow transplant nurse. His work focuses on increasing queer and racial representation in fantasy. He is the creator of IF THERE BE MAGIC and THOSE SPACES BETWEEN. He is currently working on UNTIL THE LAST DOG DIES, a queer 1920s comic about werewolf dog fighting and the lengths that one is willing to go for family. Visit misterloki.com and @MisterLokiDoki
